According to BOX OFFICE MOJO, “Water for Elephants” will be released in the US April 15, 2011. Remember this could change, but it is nice to have a date. I can’t wait for the movie!!!

. First it was to base camp where after checking in and having breakfast I visited wardrobe, then hair and make-up. This is where a young man in smeared clown make-up is sitting next to me and we are making casual light talk. He extends his hand to me and says “I’m Rob, by the way!” Ahh I get to share the make-up trailer with Robert Pattinson. (So many young girls would love to be in my shoes.) He is the epitome of friendly, he is charming and witty with the tendency to giggle as he was being fitted in one silly looking wig after another. This superstar had no ego to speak of. He was gracious and above all….human. This was my first impression of him, but it repeated itself each day. We shared several conversations in the make-up trailer and he always made a point to say hello when on set.

I really felt like I needed to post something about this “Paparazzi Problem” over the weekend in Malibu. Rob was out, on his own time and the paparazzi decided to follow him around… No big story, right???!!!
The only reason I’m posting this is to help counteract some of the BS stories that are appearing on many gossip sites. Remember folks, don’t believe everything you read, it is all about money for those paps and the Gossip sites. They twist the story to make “news.” They don’t care about the person who the story is about as long as it makes them money. The Gossip Cop states it best, “SHAMEFUL.”

Backlash is as much a part of celebrity as well-rehearsed stories for Leno and Letterman. Some spectators consider it the price of admission. If an attractive young man or woman wishes to make millions of dollars in the public eye, they say, he or she must expect that public eye to turn away from time to time — or even glare.
And so it is that everything becomes amplified beyond recognition. If a movie fails, the leading actress is buried by the press and on message boards. If she’s been the subject of unflattering tabloid stories, she can expect to land on Worst Dressed Lists or in Chelsea Handler’s quips. We can’t wait for the too-smug actor to get his comeuppance, or to be caught scratching himself on TMZ.

The only Robert Pattinson project most people know from his pre-”Twilight” days is his small role in “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” as Cedric Diggory, but as his popularity has grown, more of his earlier projects are getting wide release. The latest of those is the short film “The Summer House,” which was filmed for a week back in the summer of 2006, but is only hitting film festivals and iTunes this year. • Robert Pattinson wanted to wear karate pants for the training sequence. “So we got him some karate pants, and it’s like the crotch hangs down to the knees, and I just thought, Ugh. Who’s gonna go for this? Because everything has to be approved by Summit,” Monaghan says. “We took them in a little bit, and they loved the karate pants. Who knew? I was so surprised.”
